The location was a 5 minute walk to Patong beach. It's very quiet with a very nice pool. breakfast was delicious with live cooking station. The staff were the friendliest you can imagine. Large but sparsely furnished rooms, with small but adequate balconies. Walkable distance to all the main areas of Patong, but away from the crowds. I would recommend this hotel, I went off season, so the price was reasonable. The photos on their website are a good reflection of the hotel but some of the paintwork has long since faded on the entrance road. Rooms were cleaned daily, beach/pool towels are free to use. Any minor issues were fixed quickly.

I also like the location of the hotel because it's in a quiet area, 15 min walk from Bangla road and shopping mall, there are many nice restaurants just step away from a hotel, street food is also available outside the hotel, there are tourist agencies as well and seven eleven. The location is prefect. Tej beach is 2 min walk away. It's very quiet at night. The pool is cute and do there are always enough sun beds available. I like the hotels small coffee shop. The rooms are good size, beds are comfortable, I chose the one with a bath tub.

first class service - seriously out of this world service. absolutely everything was amazing. we stayed in a smaller room but it was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. room service and restaurant food was like Michelin star - we’ve even here every day. room service super speedy. always lots of staff around so feels totally safe. all staff friendly and go above and beyond. 5 star resort.
